January 1st of this year, I made the mistake of buying a four cylinder Accord. While I loved the car in every way except for the lack of power, I decided to make the change for a six cylinder Accord. I felt the price buying the new Accord was very fair, I did however feel that I was penalized in your repurchase of my four month old car, which was in as good or better shape than when I received it, as I take great pride in my cars and spend time and money keeping my cars in better or as good as showroom quality. Additionally, four months before I traded in a 08 Acura TSX which too was in perfect condition complete with brand new tires. I am sure that my patronage has brought a decent profit with the buying of two cars and trading in two perfect cars. Fortunately the 0.9% made the hit I took a little less painful. However, I really think this dealership should have given me more for the four month old Accord making my loss less than the $10,000 loss that I incurred. Larry Douglas Levy 954-830-5017 More
I have a 2003 Civic that, to me, still runs like new. I have been taking it to this Rick Case for service since I've had as did the owner I bought it from. The Express service is always quick, efficient, f have been taking it to this Rick Case for service since I've had as did the owner I bought it from. The Express service is always quick, efficient, friendly and convenient. I sit and wait with the options of coffee, flat screen TV, sandwich cafe and free wireless internet. I have yet to have any problems whatsoever. Nothing feels better than taking your car to its original dealership, because they, after all, are its true doctors! I'd recommend this Rick Case Honda to anyone, anywhere, anytime! More

I would like give my praise to Ronald Bunyi who was my service advisor. I have been to many dealerships with service advisors having either somewhat knowledge of or nothing at all when it comes down to v service advisor. I have been to many dealerships with service advisors having either somewhat knowledge of or nothing at all when it comes down to vehicle problems. Ronald in my perspective is like a doctor for cars. He not only listen to my concerns about my vehicle, but went over and beyond my expectations as a customer going over and reviewing with me diagnosis and symptoms that occurred to my car. I would definitely recommend Ronald Bunyi to anyone who doesn't know much about vehicle maintenance. Very professional, courteous, and honest. More
