I walked into the dealership passed about 13 gentlemen and not one greeted me! Note: I am a very successful 26 year old, and was dressed for the beach! I was finally greeted by a kind young gentleman by and not one greeted me! Note: I am a very successful 26 year old, and was dressed for the beach! I was finally greeted by a kind young gentleman by the name of Edward, (Edward was fired the day after he sold me the car). I told Edward that I wanted to see the new Honda CR-Z, (for my wife). Looked at the car, test drove it, then went back to the desk to work numbers. We were working numbers and I told him that I would sign if we knocked $2K of the sticker, so he went to the manager and asked, subsequently the manger came over greeted me and said that he would not be able to discount anything on the car. He said MAYBE 100 or two. So what I did was I got up and left the dealership. I had received a phone call from Edward and he told me that another manager was there and I could come and talk to this guy if I wanted to work a deal. So I dressed accordingly, got my check book, hoped in my Corvette and drove back to the dealership and parked right in front. I said lets make this deal work. We finally meet somewhere with the price and I bought the car on the spot. Bottom line is I was discriminated of my age, and appearance. If it would not have been for Edward calling me back I would have purchased from a different dealership. Manager was very rude. More

I waited 4 months for the 2012 Civic Cpe. to arrive, as soon as the ever dealt with.. and this was my 6th Honda purchase from 3 different dealers. We bought our first Honda from Shaher in 2004 and asked for him when we wanted a new car. I have seen him whenever taking in the car for servicing and he has always been friendly and personable. I went to Rick Case Honda three years ago and leased a 2008 Accord for my daughter. I enjoyed the professionalism and courtesy of the staff but I also learned alot from viewing articles and plaques on th 2008 Accord for my daughter. I love the fact that they are so community oriented and give time and money to children and people in need. I feel that they are truly gracious, honest and caring people and they expect and demand that their dealership and employees reflect those same values. Our salesman, Yosuan Martinez was an absolute,"breath of fresh air". I could tell right from the start that he wanted me to have a pleasant experience and to leave with a new car and a smile on my face. He succeeded! He handled himself with class and dignity, while being very knowledgable and adding humor at the appropriate times. January 1st of this year, I made the mistake of buying a four cylinder Accord. While I loved the car in every way except for the lack of power, I decided to make the change for a six cylinder Accord. I felt the price buying the new Accord was very fair, I did however feel that I was penalized in your repurchase of my four month old car, which was in as good or better shape than when I received it, as I take great pride in my cars and spend time and money keeping my cars in better or as good as showroom quality. Additionally, four months before I traded in a 08 Acura TSX which too was in perfect condition complete with brand new tires. I am sure that my patronage has brought a decent profit with the buying of two cars and trading in two perfect cars. Fortunately the 0.9% made the hit I took a little less painful. I have yet to have any problems whatsoever. Nothing feels better than taking your car to its original dealership, because they, after all, are its true doctors! I'd recommend this Rick Case Honda to anyone, anywhere, anytime! More
