A company with a slogan that says "Our customers are our friends" 😂. Your only a friend if your about to buy a car when they literally kiss your a*s to make the car sale. After you buy a car your not even friends" 😂. Your only a friend if your about to buy a car when they literally kiss your a*s to make the car sale. After you buy a car your not even a customer but a nuisance acquaintance. After buying multiple cars and years of service and dealings with rick case honda its just become painfully clear that Rita Case or any of the high ups are involved in the company read these horrible reviews and experiences that their “friends” are having whatsoever which isn't a surprise to anyone honestly. I purchased a new car less than a month ago and its been a nightmare with no one at rick case honda making it right at any level. Lets begin shall we……I pick out my Honda and give it an inspection to ensure no damage or issues are present and i test drive it and head inside to sign paperwork with intent to buy. So i buy the car and its brought down next to my old car to swap my personal belongings. I get home and proceed to show my daughter and she finds 3 dents that weren’t there before they took it to have it “detailed” and gassed up for me. Then the ppf door guards that were all installed (I obviously payed for that) incorrectly with debris underneath along with huge packets of air and also all coming off due to improper installation. I also 2 days later notice that theres a massive paint imperfection on one of the panels apparently from the manufacturing process that isnt easily visible unless its in direct sunlight as i inspected the car in garage and it wasnt visible. Finally the tires were balanced incorrectly and had a slight vibration at higher speeds. Needless to say you would think that after all these issues on a brand new car $42500 dollars later days after purchasing they would be eager to make right especially since were friends right ? Nope, went by and spoke to management and i was treated like a difficult customer that was wasting their time and not once did i hear “we’re so sorry we will rectify these issues right away”. Needless to say i left with no resolution and a “we’ll call you soon”. Ill let another Honda dealership fix their mistakes and lack of customer service. Rick case honda has become so big that the quality is gone and its a shell of what it used to be. They post managers numbers on bad reviews to make it seem like they care and want to resolve the issue and save face publicly but is xx trust me. They will probably do the same with my review but ive already spoken to management and nothing was done so dont fall for it. I hope Rita Case one day sees these and truly cares enough to fix these long standing customer service issues that have been going on for years. If it isnt obvious i have found a new Honda dealership that actually cares so i wont need rick case honda anymore and will tear them down to anyone who would potentially go there. More
Not sure if Richie Benedetti or Jim Johnson know the lease buyout process but I felt like I got the runaround. Perhaps they didn’t know or just wanted me to finance the buyout through Honda. I recently experienced an issue with my sunroof that required immediate attention. Although my service appointment was not scheduled until the following Tuesday, I stopped by the dealership on Sunday an required immediate attention. Although my service appointment was not scheduled until the following Tuesday, I stopped by the dealership on Sunday and explained the situation in the Express Service lane. Service Manager Anderson Asprilla went above and beyond to accommodate me. Despite the busy schedule and the fact that I did not have an appointment that day, he listened to my concerns, accepted the vehicle for service, and assured me that he would personally keep me updated throughout the process. What impressed me most was the level of communication and customer service. Monday was a holiday, yet Anderson and his team still managed to diagnose and complete the repair in a remarkably short timeframe. By 10:00 AM on Tuesday morning, Anderson personally called to let me know that my vehicle was repaired and ready for pickup. In today's environment, exceptional customer service can be hard to find, but Anderson demonstrated exactly what great service should look like—professional, responsive, accommodating, and committed to taking care of the customer. The entire experience was smooth and stress-free, and I truly appreciated the sense of urgency with which my issue was handled. Thank you to Anderson and the service team for exceeding my expectations. I highly recommend this dealership's service department and will continue to trust them with my vehicle in the future. More
I lease a 2024 Alfa Romeo stelvio and did a oil change at a location other than the dealership. Maintenance on the vehicle is not required to be done at an Alfa Romeo dealership under the terms of the lease a location other than the dealership. Maintenance on the vehicle is not required to be done at an Alfa Romeo dealership under the terms of the lease agreement. I do usually get my more intensive service work done at the dealership but for just doing an oil change , the dealership typically charges around $300 more than what you pay at an oil change location like Jiffy Lube or similar. After getting the oil change done buy a non dealership oil change place, we were able to figure out how to reset the oil light, but now there is a scheduled maintenance expired message that comes on the screen when I start the engine. After Googling for a while, I found that on newer Alfa Romeo models , this can only be reset with the diagnostic equipment at a dealership . Something that I did not know before because previous stelvio models were able to reset these warning indicators with a combination of foot pedal pushes with the ignition. I went to Rick Case Honda service department (the dealership I got the vehicle from) to get them to reset this indicator (which is a simple process for them), and they refused to do it without my paying for another oil change even though I just got it done days before. I am so disappointed with them because this is not a requirement for this vehicle in the manual or in the lease agreement. VERY DISSATISFIED WITH RICK CASE SERVISE DEPARTMENT. More
I bought a "Like New" low mileage used car on 3/15/25. I was given one key fob and told the other would come by mail in a few days. It didn't come, and the salesman refuses to return my calls. He sent one I was given one key fob and told the other would come by mail in a few days. It didn't come, and the salesman refuses to return my calls. He sent one text stating he would take care of it "tomorrow," but that was weeks ago. Nobody, not even the Sales Manager will return my calls. More
Honestly if I could give a negative star I would. First I trusted this place with my car! I took my car in to for new tires and service and everything went fine. When I took my car in a few months la First I trusted this place with my car! I took my car in to for new tires and service and everything went fine. When I took my car in a few months later to get the steering wheel fix since it was a recall and I was advised that my tires need to be rotated by WALDO! I did what was suggested and ask for them to be done. Come to find out months later it was NEVER done! After I trusted these people. I took my car in now to do oil change and ask for tire rotation again and I'm being told by CONMAR that "oh your tires are bad, they can't be done" but only after I checked and no tire rotation wasn't done when I asked. After I went into the office raising xxxx after I got charged for service that wasn't done! As I was walking back in another service advisor was like oh if you don't check they won't do them. It's ridiculous that I have to fight tooth and nail to get something done! I did get my money back for this last service but it's not going to make up for me having to buy new tires again less than 10 months since they can't seem to do their jobs. I paid for a service and it can't be done unless I nag them and complain and start raising xxxx. They want to charge crazy amount for service but won't actually do the work! They really are scam artist. I should at least get a discount on my tires or a new one for this xxxx of a situation they have put me thru! This place has gone down hill. More
This may be the worst Honda dealer is south Fl. The sales people are push and aggressive. The service department is slow and constantly trying to up sale on all kinds of stuff that is not needed.
