Mike Ball, the Finance Manager, made the paperwork easy and he explained everything in detail and made sure I understood exactly what I was signing and he answered all my questions thoroughly. Once my car was washed and ready for me to take home, and after taking me to the service dept and introducing me to the service manager, Craig spent a few minutes showing me how everything worked in the car, including programming the speed dial on the phone interface, my favorite radio stations and just about everything else on the car. 5 stars on the whole buying experience. Donnell Cruz is the most well informed and friendliest person in the service area. My Honda Odyssey had a few issues that were difficult to explain.
