He even sold my daughter her first car. Andy is an excellent sales manager. He knows we mean business and always gets us the best deal. This was the first time I had the pleasure of doing my finance paperwork with Eddie Figueredo. We know Eddie from before when he use to work in the service department. It's nice to know that Rick Case has advance opportunity for their employees. Our first experience with Eddie was pleasurable and easy. But, I expected that. Eduardo Beato and Mike Ball were outstanding in their customer service, product knowledge and pleasant demeanor. Mike sold me an extended warranty which I have never bought before and he did a good job e customer service, product knowledge and pleasant demeanor. One thing that I noticed was that he was mentoring a new employee while he was assisting me. I thought that was awesome. Great team player. Mike Ball, the Finance Manager, made the paperwork easy and he explained everything in detail and made sure I understood exactly what I was signing and he answered all my questions thoroughly. Once my car was washed and ready for me to take home, and after taking me to the service dept and introducing me to the service manager, Craig spent a few minutes showing me how everything worked in the car, including programming the speed dial on the phone interface, my favorite radio stations and just about everything else on the car. 5 stars on the whole buying experience.
