I purchased a Rick Case Hyundai for previosly for my son and I got to meet and tangle with the Finance Manager from "xxxx". I don't remember if I ever got to write that one up. At Rick Case Honda I had an overall good experience and I really liked the guys who helped us make our decision. More
I would definitely recommend this dealership and especially Fabiola Sotoaguilar. If I were in NY, I'd stand on 42nd street and pass out her business cards. Working with her was a pleasure. She came right over to us when we returned to the dealership and asked how we were doing. I liked that very much. The only complaint I have is concerning pricing. I don't understand why cars can't have a price (ala Carmax) without the haggling. The price problem makes the experience very stressful. I would like to know that the price on the car is the price of the car. I don't want to haggle. It takes the excitement away from buying a car. One can't concentrate on finding a suitable choice. Why do cars have to lose so much value when they are driven off the lot? Maybe a "trial" run with a car would be a good idea. The consumer "borrows" the make/model for about a week (maybe for a nominal fee) and then returns with a clear idea of the car. Then that "borrowed" vehicle could be one of those demo sales. Thanks. I came in because I received a card about the exchange program. I was curious and all of a sudden I had a beautiful 2012 Honda Accord. I loved my first lease with Rick Case Honda and didn't think the pr program. I was curious and all of a sudden I had a beautiful 2012 Honda Accord. Bob was a no-pressure salesperson, answered all of our answers thoroughly, and was very patient with us throughout the entire process. In fact, Bob continued to work with me the week after purchasing the car to make sure all of our accessories were installed, etc. We have been having some issues with the bluetooth voice dialing, and Bob has continued to stay in touch with me while we try and resolve this issue. We would definitely recommend any of our friends and family members who would like to purchase a Honda to work with Bob Garfinkel at Rick Case! More
