I feel the entire state of Florida needs to know about the great customer service of Rick Case Honda AND its employees. Dexter and Eddy were an awesome team. From the moment I stepped in the door I was greated and when I left I was thanked and asked to come back often. Dexter made me feel important and Eddy explained all paperwork so I could understand. My family and I had a wonderful experience here. We had 2 kids that we had to bring with us and we were there for several hours. The facility accomodated children and made us very comfortable. We got exactly what we were looking for when so many other dealerships that we had contacted had no desire to speak with us or work with us on our trade in. At this dealership, I kept hearing, "this is the Rick Case way" I totally believed that and immediately recognized the difference. There was so much honesty. Instead of just telling us no, you all explained what the reasons were and met some where with us in the middle that we found more then acceptable. We had NO intentions of leaving with a car when we walked in but because we did not feel pressured, we had nothing but professionalism and we were spoken to with honesty, patience and integrity so we agreed it was the time. I felt like the people I dealt with were genuinely interested in giving me what I wanted at the price I could afford without alot of hassle and haggle. Even though it was pouring down rain from the impending tropical storm, he went right out to get a model for me to look at while my trade in was being analyzed. During one of his trips back and forth for me, he actually slipped and fell in the rain. This did not deter him from finishing his mission to find a van for me. He and Joseph came back with a deal for me that fit my budget, and still gave me the van I wanted. My next visit was with finance, Yosuan Martinez, who finished up the deal with friendliness and expertise. Will definately refer any of my friends who are in the market for a new or used vehicle.
