Rick Case Honda

The biggest nightmare was buying a car at Rick Case. The salesman trick me with the trade in. He gave me $6000.00 marked price with deceiving sales tactics supported by the approval officer. In addition, he added service plan that I did not asked for. He was so pushy that made me completely confused. The car that I bought a Honda Volvo in Davie and bought a 370 Z. Now I am stuck we a car that I don't like. The administration of Rick Case in spite of the complaint did not support me as a customer. Please do not buy a car from Rick Case when you have other options. The car wash that supposedly is free, the barber shop and gasoline are tactics to fill the eyes of customer but customer services is rated as a big "0". I hope that Mr. Rick Case be aware of what is going up in his dealership before his reputation be damaged by poor customer services. I WOULD NOT RECOMMENDED THIS DEALERSHIP. More
