I went into Rick Case Honda to see if an economy downsize car from my Nissan Frontier would be a good fit for my lifestyle. Soco, the Sales Person had me take for a drive a Honda Civic Coupe after we walked car from my Nissan Frontier would be a good fit for my lifestyle. Soco, the Sales Person had me take for a drive a Honda Civic Coupe after we walked through the entire lot trying to find the right color and features. At first it was challanging because the parking garage is not well organized. Instead of having cars of the same model on one floor, they are all over the place. After the test drive she ran a few numbers for me as a general idea to see where I would fit, but I wasn't very please, then she asked me to try the Accord Coupe instead and I said ok. Once I drove the car I felt much better with the ride. Then there was the issue of the price. She supported my gut-feelings and suggested to get the car that I really enjoy the most. Then she asked and asked again, "Jose do you like it?, Jose do you like it?" that made me a bit at ease and then I picked the LX entry level, but didn't like the seats quality, then we saw the EX with better seats and other features that I didn't care, but then she comes again "Jose do you like it? we can keep see others" I set my mind on the black Accord Coupe EX and went to the lobby with her. Then there was the negotiation, after a few counter offers then Mr. Paul stepped in, ran my credit realized that I had a decent credit and told me that "today is your day" we worked out the numbers. I told him what I wanted to pay and he made it happened. Maybe I didn't get the deal of the century, but he made me feel that I was making the right deal. I ended up getting a great interest and no so much upsidedown and the most important thing is that I love my new car. I like Rick Case Honda, good and friendly people and like to help customers. I came in with my Honda Accord recently for a routine maintenance check and was greeted by a young man named Jeremiah Castro, He was very helpful and knowledgeable in everything I wanted to know. My car was stolen and not found. I went to www.edmunds.com to read about possible new cars. Then I sent requests for quotes from that site. I received several responses near to Pembroke Pines. After speaking with Carmilo, I decided to test drive two cars at Rick Case and two other cars elsewhere. Besides being partial to Hondas which I have owned throughout many, many years, it was Camilo who made me feel comfortable and I knew that I would purchase a car with him. I had dread of dealing with a car salesman but Camilo put those fears to rest. He was patient, knowledgeable, courteous and honest. Those are laudable traits. I chose a 2013 Honda Civic Coupe LX with manual transmission. Camilo stayed with me throughout the entire process. He then explained everything I needed to know. I was beyond happy and hugged Camilo thanking him several times. Since then he has been responsive when needing answers about Sky Link which I requested be placed in the car. Now, before I went to Rick Case I went to Gus Machado Ford to buy a 2011 Ford Focus. Let me just say this (I Thank God I walked out). It was Horrible! Horrible! Horrible! They Suck! They were so pushy, they even offered me a car I told them I hated. The Nerve. So a good friend told me to take a trip to Rick Case and ask for her Service Advisor Jeremiah Castro, and see if he could help me, so I did. All I could say is WOW. He and his team were the difference. From the initial greeting, to viewing the vehicle with the salesman Jeremiah recommended, to the purchase, I received extraordinary service. I have never ever felt so comfortable in a dealership. Now we all know those words don’t go together, but they actually do, especially when you have extremely reputable, kind, caring professionals, who always put the customer first. Since the purchase I’ve serviced my car for regular maintenance, and even that’s a pleasant experience. My Service Advisor Jeremiah, (I love him) takes the time to explain the services needed for both short and the long term. They always stick to the time schedule, and return her nice and clean.
