Great experience. Joan was friendly and patient and was willing to compromise every step of the way. He kept his word as far as prices, no hidden fees etc. Everything was done in an organized manner whic willing to compromise every step of the way. Bottom line is you were honest, respectful and offered a great product at a great price. I would recommend Rick Case Honda, and Joan Moreno in particular, to anyone on the market for a new car. On December 13, 2012 I was trading in my leased 2010 Civic for a New 2012 Civic, I was solicited by the Dealer 3 separate times and told that they could put me in a 2012 Civic for the same or less amoun Civic for a New 2012 Civic, I was solicited by the Dealer 3 separate times and told that they could put me in a 2012 Civic for the same or less amount of payment as my 2010. Again I was SOLICITED 3 separate times. At the Dealer I questioned and was ASSURED that ALL of the COSTS of returning my 2010 CIVIC would be paid for by the Dealer. I asked in particular about the EXCESS MILEAGE CHARGES and was told VERY CLEARLY that the EXCESS MILEAGE CHARGES would be paid for by the Dealer. While signing all of the documents to finalize the transaction I again questioned directly to Shaher Husein and was assured AGAIN that ALL COSTS of returning the 2010 CIVIC would be paid by the Dealer. About 2 weeks after the purchase I was sent a bill for $238.00 from Honda Finance for the EXCESS MILEAGE. I figured it was a mistake and contacted the Dealer. I was told that I was MISINFORMED and that the documents that I signed stated VERY CLEARLY that the DEALER WOULD NOT PAY FOR EXCESS MILEAGE. I was told to contact General Sales Manager Joseph Pensabene. When I spoke to JP as he is referred to he assured me that it was an oversight and the he would PERSONALLY see to it that the EXCESS MILEAGE charges would be paid by the RICK CASE DEALERSHIP. About 10 days later I was sent another bill from Honda Finance for the UNPAID EXCESS MILEAGE CHARGES. I called JP ( Joseph Pensabene ) about 6 times over the next 5 days and to this day I haven't had a return call fro him. I paid the $238.00 and as a reult of being LIED to and DECIEVED by RICK CASE HONDA I will never do business with a RICK CASE DEALERSHIP again. More

The reason I'm giving Rick Case Honda a 5 star rating is because of the exceptional, outstanding and professional service that this dealership possesses. I've always purchased General Motors products an is because of the exceptional, outstanding and professional service that this dealership possesses. I've always purchased General Motors products and this is the 1st time I went away from GM and purchased a Honda. The minute I arrived at the dealership, I was not swamped with sales reps haggling and making me uncomfortable. I was greeted by Rafeal and was given a tour of vehicles that I was interested in buying. I wasn't sure about which vehicle to purchase, but I knew gas mileage was my number 1 concern and it was toss-up between the Accord and Civic. After test driving a few vehicles, I was still was undecided and wanted a little more time to make a decision. Upon leaving the dealership, Adrienne met with me and provided me with assurance to answer any questions that I might have later on. After a few weeks went by, I decided to give Rafeal a call because I was now ready to purchase. I met with Rafeal on Saturday and took a Honda Civic out for a test ride. I knew immediately that this was the car I was going to purchase. I told Rafeal that I was planning to go to the Auto Show that night and then come back Monday to purchase the Civic. When I went to the auto show, I met with Bradley and Diamante. I had several questions regarding the purchase and lease of the vehicle and Brad answered all of my questions. I hung around the Honda vehicles for a couple of hours and felt like I was part of the family. The amount of time Brad spent with me made me feel comfortable. I felt Brad deserved credit and I asked him to obtain approval from Rafeal to assist with my purchase. I felt both reps deserved credit for their time and efforts. I arrived at the dealership on Monday and purchased the Civic. It was a wonderful experience and I've already recommended Rafeal and Bradley to my boss and neighbor. Thank you, Mike Hagopian More

To whom it may concern, I would like to start out by rating my sales man a 10 , however; the scoring doesn't go that high! Dexter Angry is the MAN! Coming to Rick Case Honda I must say is like coming to a 5 star restaurant! You leave feeling stupendous, but you desire more, and the best part about it is you always have to tell someone! Dexter Angry and his wonderful customer service is just phenomenal. His quality of work isn't just get you in a vehicle and see you in a couple of years. No, Mr Angry genuinely makes you feel like your right at home. With his friendliness to his hilarious jokes this man made me even forget that I was coming to buy a car. He made sure that I was not only in a brand new 2013 Honda Civic, but that it was affordable for me. He showed me different prices and varies models of the vehicle,and that really helped me find the one I was more comfortable with. Whereas other sales man will try to pressure you in a brand new car knowing that you can't live up to the expectations of the vehicle. I wouldn't change my car or the marvelous service from Mr. Angry for the world! To top it off I also had a wonderful fiance manger! Eddie Figueredo one word "Fabulous"! Overall My service was magnificent , I was treated with respect and I wasn't pressured into buying a new vehicle, especially being a beautiful woman knowing car salesman will jump all over you like a snake on a mouse.
