I bought a new 2025 Genesis GV60 from Rick Case. The car had two issues before I left off the lot. I was informed by the salesman just to take it to the collusion center. The salesman also told me to lie on the survey sheet because they only accept tens on all the questions, he even changed one. I would NOT recommend Rick Case Genesis of Gwinnett. More

To my dismay I never receive weekend, I was to get a Call Back regarding a 2023 Genesis GV 70 3.5T Advanced Sport Vik Black with Seville Red Leather. To my dismay I never received a call back, so I put another lead in for that vehicle yesterday, I did a call back today from Chris, Kudos to him, Excellent Customer Service and Follow up skills, I sent pictures of my trade to him and paperwork that was need, he sent everything to the Genesis Manager Kiel, which was to contact back this morning, I heard nothing back until I called and spoke to Chris, and to my surprise the vehicle was SOLD YESTERDAY!! This should have been communicated to my be Kiel this morning but was not. In my professional opinion, I would recommend this Genesis Dealership to anyone, The only professional person I would deal with would be Chris, it seems like Management is not the type to communicate with potential new clients. Sad at all levels… More
I've dealt with lots of dealers over the years. The high pressure tactics and shell games are all but expected when you attempt to buy a car these days. But Rick Case Genesis has taken the shady dealer repu pressure tactics and shell games are all but expected when you attempt to buy a car these days. But Rick Case Genesis has taken the shady dealer reputation game to a whole new level. Not only are they dishonest when it comes to pricing, but they are actually engaged in outright fraud with regards to selling their cars. I reviewed and signed a full, legally binding lease contract on paper. I signed every page. I initialed every section. It looked just like every other lease contract I had signed, and there was no indication anywhere that this was not a “real” contract. After I signed and initialed every page of the paper contract, the Finance manager then presented me with a tablet, and said that I would need to do the whole thing over again via Docusign to send directly to Hyundai. I thought this was strange, as I had just signed what appeared to be a full and complete lease contract, and have never had to do this in my prior leases, but he insisted it was identical, so I began the process. On page 2 of the electronic contract, I noticed a financial discrepancy with the paper contract. After some back and forth between employees, the manager indicated that the paper documents I had just spent 45 minutes reviewing and signing didn’t matter, and that they weren’t even supposed to be using them any. He took them from me and told the Finance Manager to shred them. Of course, this meant I couldn’t compare the paper contract to the electronic one to identify more potential discrepancies which may have materially altered the deal. The Finance manager kept insisting that we were nearly done, and that the only thing that mattered was that the monthly payment was the same. He insisted that I finish reviewing and signing the electronic contract to complete the transaction, but continued to refuse me access to the paper lease contract I had signed in order to ensure there were no further discrepancies. To add insult to injury, literally, I was verbally attacked by multiple employees throughout my time trying to resolve this issue, including the General Manager. I’ve never felt the need to leave a bad review for a dealer before, but this experience was so egregious, everyone needs to know to stay as far away from Rick Case as possible. They are on a whole different level of immorality. Too bad Rita doesn't care. More
This dealership is not trustworthy. I was trying to purchase a Genesis GV80. I was dealing with the internet manager and was promised that the vehicle would be up front and clean ready to purchase. We purchase a Genesis GV80. I was dealing with the internet manager and was promised that the vehicle would be up front and clean ready to purchase. We finished the online purchase option and the numbers were fair. I TOLD the manager it is an hour drive and to have the keys and car waiting for our arrival. HE even called on the way there to reconfirm. NEEDLESS to day they sold the vehicle to someone else while I was reconfirmed ten minutes out. THE GM FARES did not even apologize AND kept rambling that they had a CASH deal on it. I gave RICK CASE too much credit knowing how great a person Rita Case is. Oh Well !! Whats two hours of my time. They even had a salesperson SMOKING a CIGAR in front of the dealership. How disgusting !! More
