I was shopping for a new car and had not decided exactly what I wanted. I saw a Fiat in another town, when visiting my dad, and went to my local dealer to look at it there. From the moment I walked into FIAT I was greeted and treated with respect. I've purchased a lot of cars in my life, and this one was the easiest and most fun to purchase. Young and very enthusiastic staff who is absolutely ideal to sell and service this product..... Also extremely responsive throughout the entire process. Phone calls and/or emails were always returned throughout the process and even after the fact. While all involved in my purchase did a great job, I ended up working primarily with Matt and Cynthia. Both are extremely responsible and professional. A great asset to the dealership. I went in on Sunday looking for her and she was off and that is how I met Bryan. Both Bryan and Emily were very friendly and knowledgable. Bryan took me out for the test drive and I was hooked. What a great car. When we got back Cynthia put a great deal together for me and answered all the many questions I had. It was one of the easiest and most fun buying a car experience I have ever had. I went back the next day to get my beautiful new Fiat and Emily went over everything in the car and helped me set up my blue tooth. I will say that every single person that was there from Sunday to Monday were very friendly and a lot of fun. Rick Case Fiat has the best staff, great job.
