From the moment I walked into FIAT I was greeted and treated with respect. I went in on Sunday looking for her and she was off and that is how I met Bryan. Both Bryan and Emily were very friendly and knowledgable. Bryan took me out for the test drive and I was hooked. What a great car. When we got back Cynthia put a great deal together for me and answered all the many questions I had. It was one of the easiest and most fun buying a car experience I have ever had. I went back the next day to get my beautiful new Fiat and Emily went over everything in the car and helped me set up my blue tooth. I will say that every single person that was there from Sunday to Monday were very friendly and a lot of fun. Rick Case Fiat has the best staff, great job.
