I have to admit that at the beginning I trusted their intentions to help me switch from my lease to a brand new FIAT 500L. I got a call from the sales department to tell me that it could be done and tran intentions to help me switch from my lease to a brand new FIAT 500L. Then I got a call from Mauricio (Finance guy) telling me that the bank would approve me with a low interest if I gave them $2000 dollars down. I explained that I couldn't give them that much and offer $1000 in instead. They (again) told me they'll make it happen... To my surprise, after almost a week wait, I got a call from the sales rep asking for $6000 and a monthly payment of $580... What??? I am buying a FIAT not a Lamborghini... I have to say that I'm very disappointed for the way they treated me to keep making promises they could not fulfill. Francisco Santana More
