customer service skills lacking. Have bought two cars from rick case will not buy another. Maybe being large is not good they loose customer service. Every time i bring my fiat in for service i get a run around. What ever happen to being polite and worring about guest instead of the money they are making... very unhappy. They charge you an arm and a leg for their "warranty" its a joke. More

Rafael was extremely professional, friendly and very knowledgeble and I truly beleive that he will make soon a great Sales Manager, because he has the skills, the personality, the behaviour of a great gentleman and is very good in customer service, #1 !...by far the best I have see in the car industry,based on the experience I had so far ( over 10 car leases done within the last 14 years). If you want to buy or lease a new FIAT, go see Rafael Marin...you will never regret it !!! Mauricio Ocampo, the Sales Manager, was also very professional and friendly and was able to locate the car we wanted. Unfortunatly the Finance Manager Israel Washington II was NOT good at all, as he did NOT explained us the paperwork properly and we were struggling, to the point that the Sales Manager Mauricio Ocampo needed to come out of his office to explain and clarify several points of the Lease Agreement and he finished up the paperwork process.
