Terrible service department!! They had my car for three days and every time I called to get a status update I was transferred from department to department to voicemail. No one ever answers the phone in the service department and the sales department can't even locate the service manager!! Ridiculous! I will NEVER use this dealership again! More

Dominick is TERRIBLE My car acted up the day I drove it off of the lot. I called the sales manager, Dominick I had just left 20 min prior. He said, "glad you have a warran My car acted up the day I drove it off of the lot. I called the sales manager, Dominick I had just left 20 min prior. He said, "glad you have a warranty". I called the service dept. and they said to take it to any other fiat dealership as they were closing and I live far away. I did and my tires were severely out of balance, and of course not covered under warranty. The dealership here, was amazing, and said to call Rick Case and they should reimburse me as should have been dealt with during inspection and wasn't. Once again, I called the sales manager. He basically refused to return my phone calls. I emailed him and his response was they did an inspection and it passed so wasn't his responsibility. Mind you, the car didn't make it 20 min after I drove it off of the lot and I called and reported it immediately. I then called the office and spoke with Israel the finance manager and he was happy to help. This has been a huge headache just trying to get Dominick to stand behind his cars that he sells. Very disappointed. Not to mention my title and registration was entered incorrectly, so I still have to go to DMV and deal with that. Nothing has been resolved at this point, but at least Israel was pleasant and receptive, while Dominick refuses to help. More

He asked us what we thought of the car and showed us all of the possible options to purchase that were within our budget. We loved the car so much we drove from Fort Myers on a second occasion to trade in our 1-year old car for the new one. While we were there, we were treated like family both by Juan and Ana Milena Lopera. This is not your typical dealership - you will not get better service than this! More
