I have been leasing cars for over 20 years now and the Rick Case Fiat I have never had an easier or more pleasant exprience in leasing a new vehicle. I have been leasing cars for over 20 years now and the Rick Case Fiat Team knocked it out of the ball park. Grant helped bring me in, assuring I had an appointed experienced sales person to work with, as well as assured the vehicle I wanted was available and ready for me when I arrived at the showroom. Manny assisted in showing me the features of the car as well as facilitated the hand-off to management and fianance once we were ready to move to purchase. Cynthia Toro was pleasant, direct, hnd respectful of my time. I knew what I should be paying for the vehicle and we were able to come to terms without any issues. As a woman it is not always eay to be taken seriously once you get to this phase, and I must say I walked out of 2 other Fiat dealerships as a result of this. Cythia was able to close a deal none of the others were able to. Finally Rocco, our fianance representative, was able to streamline the paperwork process in a smooth, concise and fun way. Once you buy, they don't treat you the same One morning, I found my right front tire flat. I called a neighbor to change it. Surprise... my Fiat had no spare tire. I called Rick Case, and, after One morning, I found my right front tire flat. I called a neighbor to change it. Surprise... my Fiat had no spare tire. I called Rick Case, and, after explaining my situatin, they put me on hold for a while. When they got back to me, it was to tell me that my Fiat does not come with a spare tire. I said that it was the wrong way to find out, because if I had been in an emergency (alone, at night), I would have been in real danger. They put me back on hold, and when they got back again, they said: the decal that is on the car when you buy it says so. I have such decal, it doesn't say so. I explained that the problem was not if the car comes with or without a spare: if that is the case, you should disclose it WHEN WE BUY THE CAR, so we can buy a spare. My husband bought that car for me. HE IS very detailed oriented, being a chemical engineer: nobody gave him that information. Finally, they brushed me off telling me that that is why they have the 24/7 emergency number... Really? Would you help me out of state? I told them that not disclosing such information was irresponsible and dangerous. More
