BEWARE! !!!!!! On July 24th we purchased an Alfa Romeo Tonale from this dealership. The car had battery issues, and we were told we couldn’t take it that day !!!!!! The car had battery issues, and we were told we couldn’t take it that day as it needed to be taken to maintenance to wish we thought the battery would be replaced. We receive the car the next day July 25th and only drove the car for 5 days before it already had broken down on August 1st. Imagine getting to your car after a 12-hour shift and your new car gives you around 13 different warning messages and doesn’t even turn on. Contacted the dealership and since it wasn’t an emergency for them, and they are probably used to these types of practices they made me wait until the next day to take the car. The dealer also has zero loaners for customers. Seven days went by with no updates, no one had any ideas of what was wrong with the car. Was it just the battery??? I stared understanding then they had sold us a car with issues, lots of issues and they knew about It, Still Rick Case Alfa Romeo decided to sell us a defective car just like that and hope we would just take it. After 7 days on August 7, we showed up at the dealership, and we were advised 4 different things in a matter of 5 minutes: • Your service advisor is off today • We haven’t been able to figure out what is wrong with the car • We just got the battery 4 days ago, but we have been testing the car (for 3 more days) • Oh wait, your car is ready!! They will bring it up in a second. (40 minutes later) We did speak to one of the managers Rino Fabrizio and we explained we were very worried we were being scammed. That they sold us a defective car that they knew had a million issues and no one seemed to care. We stated that no individual I ever met bought a new car and only drove it 4 days before it was already back in service for 7 days. We asked for them to change it and he stated there as nothing he could do and they wouldn’t take the car back. I said no, this is wrong and there is no way you can do this to people. He said we replaced the battery, and you are not going to have more issues, I said, no, this car has a million issues, and we will be back. We drove of the lot and already receive a warning message regarding the bakes and only 2 days after the car stopped working again. This was yesterday August 10th. We obviously rushed to Rick Case Alfa Romeo and demanded that they take their car back to which the dealer only reply was WE WILL DAMAGE YOUR CREDIT if you give us this car. Zero responsibility, zero respect for consumers, zero empathy, zero owing you to what the way they are practicing sales by selling defective cars to people and they threatening to make them keep it. I had never heard of a dealer that would do this. Never heard of a Dealer that must actually threaten customers with lawyer and ruining their credit in order to sale a car. Forget Customer Service, this is not something they practice. We only wanted them to take responsibility for what they did to us, give us our money back and show some respect. However, for them this is too much to ask. They only threaten us with ruining our credit. When a company like this treats you like GARBAGE, show the what you are truly WORTH More

The service department it’s the worst, in a few words, unprofessional, dishonest, incompetent and money hungry. They must be under pressure to meet a $ quota, they will make you pay for something regardle unprofessional, dishonest, incompetent and money hungry. Lleve mi Giulia Quadrigfolio en garantía a punto de vencerse porque tenía un código en el tablero que me dejaba el auto en guardian mode y me reducía la potencia así como también me inhabilitaba los modos de manejo. Me dijeron que tenían que reemplazar un turbo. Así lo hicieron. Un poco lentos pero me dieron un loaner, todo bien hasta ahí. Cuando me devolvieron el carro maneje menos de 200 millas y volvió a aparecer EL MISMO código. Se los llevé nuevamente y me salieron con que el problema ahora era otra cosa. Repito, el mismo código. Primero me tuvieron 1 mes esperando que llegara “EL MECÁNICO” que me recomendaban porque era el que sabía de mi auto. Luego de esperar un mes Me inventaron que las válvulas blow off no eran originales y por eso se estaban pegando y ese era el problema. En ese momento ya estaba fuera de garantía el auto y no me lo quisieron cubrir. Me pasaron $1500 por hacer el trabajo. Las válvulas cuestan $250 en alfa romeo. O sea me estaban robando aun creyéndoles. Desde ya que no les crei y busque una 2da opinión en un taller común y corriente de barrio. Que resultó ser ? Había una manguera de plástico bien gorda que va del motor al turbo (la que se ve apenas abrís el Capot ) que estaba totalmente desconectada abajo donde se conecta al turbo. Y esa era la ÚNICA RAZÓN por la cual se estaba encendiendo el código del tablero. Llevo ya más de 1500 millas y nunca más volvió a encender. Conclusión : MENTIROSOS, LADRONES, INEPTOS. Se hacen los que son tus amigos y te quieren ayudar y te estan clavando un puñal por la espalda. La peor clase de gente. Eviten este dealer bajo cualquier aspecto. Es una vergüenza lo que hacen con el auto de uno. Uno piensa que como son dealer oficial saben lo que hacen y no tienen idea. Y encima tienen malas intenciones. Agrego que una de las veces que lo dejé me lo devolvieron con pegamento negro en la pintura. Adjunto foto. Empecé el 3 de febrero con ellos. Y termine el 17 de abril. Con el auto roto. Sin solución por parte de Rick case. Perdí tiempo dinero y me hice mucho problema por culpa de esta gente. More

Service for Alfa Romeo had gone down the drain. What a shame, I’ve been a proud Giulia lessee for the past 6-7 years; always renewing my lease with Rick Case Weston. Now they don’t have loaners or rentals when you go to do service. Worst of all, they do not care at all for customer satisfaction, when I say that I mean completely and utterly disregard for good customer service. My lease terms included the first service complimentary. Back in call Rick Case Service to schedule an appointment and they tell me to wait a few more months because at the time my car only had 7,000 miles and change the service was due to 10,000 miles. So they told me to call back when I was nearing the miles. It’s October now, I schedule my appointment, take a day off work, go to the dealer and to meet a service advisor named Kevin Bonilla. He tells me I have to pay $500+ for the service. I quickly tell him to please recheck as I have the first service complimentary as per my lease contract. He then tells me that it expired a few days ago and therefore I have to pay regular price. No one ever specified this when I had previously called. Bait and switch tactics. I feel I was cheated by Rick Case Weston. They refuse to honor their promised complimentary first year service, because I went a couple of days after it expired; even though I was meant to go 2-3 months ago, and they told me no that I should wait to reach more miles, but never specified anything about a date. Shameful. Rick Case Weston Alfa Romeo is not what it used to be and that’s a great shame. More

I have a lease with only 16k miles and the car is having major issues. Lights in the dash, the car does not starts. I took the car to service 10 days ago.
