I called last minute and was able to get tan oil change scheduled quickly. I added on a transmission flush and fluid change. i was very happy with my service advisor, but I wish they had covered the “extra scheduled quickly. The price I expected was $124 for the tranny, and $59.99 for the synthetic oil change. The oil change had gone up to $69.99 and the tranny had some additional fees for parts and disposal fees. That’s all well and good, just tell me before the bill arrives. It’s like going to a restaurant and ordering the $18.99 chicken Alfredo, only to find out at the end that you have to pay to use the fork and napkin. Just tell me the price up front … More
