This was my first time using the Service Department at Rick Case as I just recently purchased a used RDX. I was very pleased. A part had to be approved through Acura as it was a warranty item. Augustin ke Rick Case as I just recently purchased a used RDX. I was very pleased. A part had to be approved through Acura as it was a warranty item. Augustin kept me informed and I got the warranty part approved and got my car fixed and back as I was promised. This is definitely my dealer of choice even though there’s another Acura dealer closer.
