Lied to and wasted 1 hour of my time Parts department is not knowledgable at all. I simply asked for a specific tire with size and model specified and it took them 20 minutes to figure ou Parts department is not knowledgable at all. I simply asked for a specific tire with size and model specified and it took them 20 minutes to figure out if they had it in stock. Called them the day before to ask if this model was in stock and they said it was. When I asked the service guy to check if it was the same one, he said it was. So either parts department lied to service or service lied. I’m not a happy customer right now and currently look for a more reliable shop. More

Service Model Works I had previously written about my service experience regarding the side mirror for my 2002 Acura TL. I was very disappointed with the service and in I had previously written about my service experience regarding the side mirror for my 2002 Acura TL. I was very disappointed with the service and in fact, ended up leaving the service appointment with the mirror left less functional than it was when I took it in. Rick Case Acura, of course, sent a follow-up email, asking about my experience and so on. There was also an invitation for me to reach out to the service manager if my experience was less than satisfactory, which I did. While his response was not immediate, Dean Dumetz reached out to me by mail and by phone to assess the situation and invited me to visit with him personally to review the matter. Mr. Dumetz reviewed the situation and then drove my car into the service bay. No more than 15 minutes later he returned with a smile, asking me to inspect the mirror. Lo and behold, the mirror was now completely functional again. Dean Dumetz is the truth and the service model works as advertised. More
