They did correct errir A mistake was made in reading my odometer. The incorrect mileage was sent to Carfax and the dealership has not corrected the problem and I was given A mistake was made in reading my odometer. The incorrect mileage was sent to Carfax and the dealership has not corrected the problem and I was given no time frame as to when the dealership’s mistake would be corrected, in addition to my having been asked to leave. I also contacted Carfax to have the correction made. The dealership did correct the error three months after the mistake was made and it would have been nice to be told that it could be corrected. Oil change and recall issue I was told it would take 2 1/2 hours and it only took 1 1/2. Needless to say, I was pleased.. 5 star service At other service centers, and being a woman, I sometimes felt skeptical about whether or not I was being treated fairly. Service Appointment I knew my first oil change would be free as i was told when purchasing the car. I accidentally booked my service appointment at the wrong Acura , i bo I knew my first oil change would be free as i was told when purchasing the car. I accidentally booked my service appointment at the wrong Acura , i booked it in the one in Pembroke Pines and when i arrived they rudely told me i didn’t purchase the car there so no my service would not be free and handed me my keys right back. I was so upset i drove all the way from Kendall and wasn’t able to get my oil change . Right before leaving i said let me call sunrise Acura just in case they do happen to have an appointment space available Today . wirh no questions even asked they told me , head right on over it’s ok if you don’t have an appointment we will take care of you with no problem ! Wow, what a relief! Austin was amazing and not only did they take me right away as i arrived they were done within in 45 minutes !!! Outstanding service and customer service , needless to say i will be driving from Kendall to sunrise anytime i need service just Because of how great i was treated More
Bad Experience I had bad experiences the past 2 visits. The last one I had to wait 3.5 hours at the dealership. They didn't apply for the coupon, saying forgot since I had bad experiences the past 2 visits. The last one I had to wait 3.5 hours at the dealership. They didn't apply for the coupon, saying forgot since I already paid. Then found out they never applied services that I had done into my reward number, the balance is zero. The previous visit, the service advisor was trying to scam me by listing unnecessary work that needed to be done to the car. Very disappointing since I always take my car to this dealership the past 5 years. More
