Rick case review I’ve been using Rick Case for servicing my Acura’s since 2008, as well as purchasing a vehicle in 2004 over the phone while living in Dallas. Over the I’ve been using Rick Case for servicing my Acura’s since 2008, as well as purchasing a vehicle in 2004 over the phone while living in Dallas. Over the past few visits I’ve noticed that the service seem less and less concerned about customer service, especially interaction with the customer. On my most recent visit, where I had an appointment, not once did the service person ever come and inform me about the status of my vehicle. It was only when I finally got frustrated that I went into the service office and he indicated that my car was completed and they were finalizing the paperwork. He did inform me about some additional preventative maintenance work that should be done and that they could do it know, but the car was already washed and ready to go. Why didn’t he mention this after the initial inspection? I would have had the work done. They lost revenue yesterday. I have other options and will utilize those in the future. More

Rich Case Acura Prior to this visit I had to wait nearly 3 hours to plug one of the tires. I purchased the insurance and there was no record of it and my understanding was that the tires or tire would simply be replaced. That's the reason why I bought the insurance when I signed my lease. The lady at the front desk needs to have a better attitude and customer service, I think her name is Beatrice. I haven't been to this dealership, although I've made my cars from there, bc the customer service is better elsewhere. More

Great customer service I definitely do not know what to expect every time I serviced my car as far as how much they will charge me for oil change. The price changes each time drastically from $59 to $75 If continued to rise up I definitely have to look up elsewhere . My advisor is awesome but the price is ridiculous. More
