My experience was great. I was able to get an appointment day-of for an oil change and maintenance check. My service advisor, Fransisco Garcia, was so friendly and explained everything to me about the servic day-of for an oil change and maintenance check. Let me be brief...I'm done with Acura. I went in for routine maintenance, but had other issues that have been prevalent with the vehicle from previous maintenance. As I explained these, they were litera routine maintenance, but had other issues that have been prevalent with the vehicle from previous maintenance. As I explained these, they were literally brushed aside. My recently replaced brakes not performing at the proper level were apparently unimportant as I reported them. I'm like xxx??!! I had also requested a shuttle from the dealership, not-one word was mentioned. "Wait" was stamped on my paperwork, and quoted hour and 45mins. Well, ok then, I guess I'm waiting. I canceled my meeting and rescheduled and worked from my phone in the waiting area. Car was ready on time and I asked my adviser on brakes, was advised "nothing was heard, but they're swamped today and if I wanted to take a ride with the service manager, I could. " no thank you I advised. I have to make my meeting. The lady at the check out desk could definitely use some customer service training. She had the gentleman in front of me very upset and just threw my paperwork in front of me and told sign here and here, handed my key and turned away. Again, xxx???!!!! I will be trading this car in the next few month or so to be rid of it. Let me say this, service had really diminished at this dealership. It used to be the standard. Because of that great service is why this RDX is my 4th Acura, but I'm done. Best of luck!! More
