Went to this location because I was having an issue with my AC, I already knew the issue and there was no arguing. Going into a dealership as a woman sometimes is scary, but they were great! I was disappointed with the service, I have the maintenance plan and expected that my car would be washed & vacuum. The car was not vacuumed, if the car was put through the automatic wash it was no maintenance plan and expected that my car would be washed & vacuum. The car was not vacuumed, if the car was put through the automatic wash it was not wiped down, you should be familiar with the ILX, the inside doors all the dirt was all collected. More

Not satisfied at all with my service today. I waited over 4 hours for my car and the service consultant Keith never offered to allow me to go home no matter the numerous amounts of times I asked about my car 4 hours for my car and the service consultant Keith never offered to allow me to go home no matter the numerous amounts of times I asked about my car.
