I went to a different Acura previous to contacting Rick Case. The other Acura dealership did a bait and switch on pricing and vehicles when I arrived after driving 1hr to do the agreed upon numbers and at Case. I spoke with sales manager Mo at Rick Case , explained the numbers and the deal. MO advised he would do the deal and promises not to change after I arrived. I arrived at Rick Case Acura worked with sales person Vladimir and Finance David . Everything was exactly as MO and I agreed to over the phone. Honest people at Rick Case Acura. Highly recommend. This dealership is a well oiled machine…employees are going above and beyond to make sure the care and needs of the customer are met beyond expectations! Teri and Vanessa answered every question we had going above and beyond to make sure the care and needs of the customer are met beyond expectations! Teri and Vanessa answered every question we had and even answered questions we didn’t think to ask. Hassan Hussain over in finance was very approachable and knowledgeable. He wears many hats…such as helping with finance to answer questions at the front desk to even helping out a difficult situation at the cashiers desk. I witnessed him calming down an irate customer…came up with a solution…and at the end made the customer laugh and smile when he left all while being completely professional. Mack Remy was also excellent as I brought my new vehicle in for the sentinel shield. He kept me updated on when my car would be ready, asked me if I needed a shuttle and offered snacks and drinks while I waited. All of these employees: Teri, Vanessa, Hassan, Mack and all of the other employees who answered my other questions about other vehicles …kudos to you. They should be rewarded! It was a pleasure working with this dealership. You have earned a customer for life! Thank you for all of your help!!!! Last but not least a shout out to Rita Case…it’s sooooo great that you give back to the community. I have not had the pleasure of meeting you, but seeing how this dealership runs this business has restored my faith that there are good people in this world. I was able to get a same day service appointment to replace a battery that was going bad. It was close to the time I needed an oil change as well.
