Friendly staff looking to help as soon as you enter. However, feels like everything is a process and has to be reviewed by someone else. Buying out my lease took way too long over two hours of process. However, feels like everything is a process and has to be reviewed by someone else. Then when I went to bring the cashiers check they said there was a problem and check got denied because their scanner does not take cashiers checks only certified checks so I was there for another 30 minutes. Just a little frustrating. More

The welcoming was wonderful I hope all the works she check were done truthfully. Usually after servicing the car they wash it for some reason the car look dirtier when I receive it, and had bird xxxxxxt check were done truthfully. When I show it to her she drove the car back clean the xxxxxxand bring it back in less than 2 minutes. Little things like that make me wonder if the service in the car was truly done in the car.
