Stephen Epstein was a great sales rep. However our deal went south the second we got into finance. Rate shown on paper prior to signing was no where close to rate given in the finance offi However our deal went south the second we got into finance. We had requested both my wife and I to be on the deal and they did not take that into account, so the whole deal has to be redone. Overall not a bad experience, but certainly could have been better. Felipe Rios in the Service Dept. was wonderful, and saved our vacation. Our transmission failed on the FL turnpike on a busy Friday afternoon while traveling to a resort for a prepai was wonderful, and saved our vacation. Felipe pulled strings and obtained the last Courtesy car available for us. He then diagnosed and repaired (replaced) our transmission problem in a timely manner.
