I showed up without an appointment as a new customer at 1215pm. I received a very warm welcome and received immediate assistance. The team made me an appointment for 1pm for service appointment. I had an appointment scheduled for 3:15 pm and went earlier to see if I would be able to get service completed. Keith welcomed me and took my car right away. Mack is very attentive and efficient in the service department. I am happy to have dealt with him. One negative side note is that as expected, my washer fluid in my car was not filled.
