1st time my car was at this dealership. My service adviser Mack Remy was friendly and on top of my vehicle. He kept me well informed! When I went to The dealership to get an Oil change and wash and vacuum which is a part of my maintenance contract they told me it would take an hour and a half because I was waiting. The person who was ta wash and vacuum which is a part of my maintenance contract they told me it would take an hour and a half because I was waiting. The person who was taking care of me told me that my car was almost done and had me go to the register to sign The form saying that my car was complete however. I waited an extra 20 minutes until my car was done. I was at the dealership for two hours and 20 minutes. The person who was taking care of me insisted that it was taking time because I wanted my car washed and vacuumed. When I looked to see my car I noticed that the gentleman that was washing and cleaning it was doing two cars at a time. Honestly this has never happened before and I was very disappointed. If the car is going to take long, they should have told me and I would have come back another day. They shouldn’t have made me feel guilty for wanting my car washed and vacuumed. And made me sit there and wait for an additional 50 minutes. More
