First, I reached out to Hassan Hussain to get answers to questions about the maintenance code popping up. He scheduled my appointment. When I arrived early, I reached out to him again to know the procedure for dropping off the car. Next, I spoke to my advisor, Keith Heron. I asked several questions about what to expect and he gave me very detailed information. No surprises. He was very attentive. The service was quick.
