My service advisor Francisco had to leave unexpectedly so I believe it was Nora who jumped in and helped. She was good aside from being overly optimistic on the time to complete the work. Had the Acura in for service Feb 28th, so in less than 4 months for the brake fluid and differential fluid to be as bad as it was indicated concerns me it was missed in the previous service. The repair for the issue it was brought in for was handled and resolved. More
