The brakes are squeaking on my new RDX so I called and was told that it’s is a problem with the new RDXs but to bring it in for repair. I got there for my 9:00 appt and was told they don’t have a way to f was told that it’s is a problem with the new RDXs but to bring it in for repair. I got there for my 9:00 appt and was told they don’t have a way to fix it but it’s not unsafe and they would oil the brake pads to help reduce the noise. This would take 1.5 to 2 hours. then I’d have to come back again once it is recalled to do the repair. I would never have wasted my time if they hadn’t told me on the phone that they could actually fix it. Even worse, after an hour they still hadn’t looked at my car. At that point I told them to give me the car and I wasn’t going to wait any longer or waste my time for something that wouldn’t fix the problem. More

The service adviser experience was extraordinary. Keith Heron I believe was his name. He was very assuring and knowledgeable about my car being serviced.
