Brought in to fix and get oil change. Nothing was done. And did not complete oil change… sunroof wasn’t fixed said they didn’t have part no communication about when part will come in. Did Nothing was done. And did not complete oil change… sunroof wasn’t fixed said they didn’t have part no communication about when part will come in. Didn’t complete my oil change had to go somewhere else for oil change. Was told to wait till 15 percent to change. Mind you my car was at 30%. Regardless I wanted it change. Smh nothing. More

Truly exceptional service! My car wasn’t starting and had the maintenance & tire light on. Had to tow my car to the dealer and I called the service department but wasn’t connec My car wasn’t starting and had the maintenance & tire light on. Had to tow my car to the dealer and I called the service department but wasn’t connecting to anyone. However, Matt in Sales didn’t want me to circle around so he took the initiative to go to Service and follow up with my car and able to provide me status and estimated time the car will be ready. Service managed to put in a new battery, oil change and tire pressure all within an hour and half. Picked up the vehicle with no issues. Thank you Matt and the service department. More
