Buying the car was fine, but anything you don’t have in writing at the moment of purchase will cause you to be nickel and dined by a dealer. Buy a $30k car and get just one key. Ask for the second and find writing at the moment of purchase will cause you to be nickel and dined by a dealer. Buy a $30k car and get just one key. Ask for the second and find out they are going to charge you hundreds for that key. That’s an interesting hill to die on and a great way to prevent future business. Not a decision I would make as a business owner, personally. More

I took my car in for service on Aug 2, 2022. Keith helped me, was so nice, knowledgeable and helpful. He arranged for Al Izzo to pick me up at work when service was finished.
