Rick Case and the staff were all good, polite and listening ,provisions for waiting excellent , tv programming good but the reason for coming, being our third time, the staff did not yet fix the exis listening ,provisions for waiting excellent , tv programming good but the reason for coming, being our third time, the staff did not yet fix the existing problem .We are left with the existing and disturbing problem while the staff determines what they have to do . It appears that they must speak to Acura maintenance Devision to determine what must be done snd they will advise me , for the fourth time when I must bring the car back , at that time the car should be fixed and factory ready. . Time , mileage and gas being spent without resolution on a brand new 2022 model. More
