I recently went to Rick Case Acura to complete a major repair for a 2008 TSX. I was given a fair quote, no hidden fees, and the staff was very clear on expectation. I was at there for over three hours At the end you told me I needed $1200 worth of work I asked for an inspection when I got there walked out spending almost $500.
