They falsified a battery change. I found out when my car would not start the next day after my service and I had to take it to a local autoshop that validated it was not a new batter I found out when my car would not start the next day after my service and I had to take it to a local autoshop that validated it was not a new battery as Rick Case Acura claimed. This is unethical practice and I’m very disappointed as I have been coming here for several years. I can only imagine how long this practice has been going on. The person who was assigned to me said he was new (from Delray Acura) who was helping Mack. I was waiting in the lobby for over an hour and when I asked if there were updates, he said it should be done soon. He came back 5 mins later to say the battery is not available in this store. I asked why he would say it’s ready at first and not tell me this from the beginning instead of letting me know over and hour later. He left and came back 10 mins later to say, “Nevermind, we can get the battery changed.” How did the battery suddenly become available is besides me. He came back 15 mins later again to say it was changed and when I asked to see it, he popped the hood and said it’s hard to see but it’s done and not to worry about the paperwork as my car is under warranty. This should have been a red flag, however I initially trusted them as I have been coming here for years. Again, I am so disappointed in that this organization practices with no integrity. More

The salesman was great, but the sales manager is a liar and a con man. He told me that he was looking for the best deal on financing. After I had already signed the papers, I found out that he had financed for a rate twice what Honda/Acura credit offered which was advertised on the Rick Case Acura website. My down payment was half of the cost of the car, and my credit score is in excess of 800 also I have had several cars financed with Honda/Acura credit in the past with a perfect payment record. They finance with whoever gives them the biggest kickback, not whoever gives you the best rate! More

I brought my ‘22 RDX in for what was sold to me as a “ceramic coating” and turns out it was not, rather a much less protective and cheaper “Resist All/Paint Protectant”. When I arrived at the dealer for service I informed the service advisor that the car was dirty and needed a good wash before the coating was applied. The car was washed however the detailer did not ensure the front grill area was completely clean before he applied the product. Instead he applied it over the bug guts making it impossible to remove by hand without a solution. Why would anyone do this?! When I brought it to the service advisor’s attention he proceeded to make excuses and tell me what should of been done and what he would have done. How about getting someone to fix the problem?! Nope. I had to go inside to talk to my salesperson who spoke to his manager and so on and so forth. The salesperson ended up coming out and getting it cleaned up. Why would the detailer apply a paint protectant ON TOP OF bug guts? More
