I had an appointment scheduled for today. It had been scheduled for over a few weeks. I had been told that I would get a loaner vehicle because Several diagnostics needed to be run and sev It had been scheduled for over a few weeks. I had been told that I would get a loaner vehicle because Several diagnostics needed to be run and several issues needed to be looked into. When I arrived, the dealership REFUSED a loaner and told me I would need to wait all day to determine what the diagnostics would find. As a working professional, I can’t be without a vehicle. Furthermore, two days ago I had an A127 service for my RDX. The total price was over $500. Rick Case now charges a 10% fee on top of the total cost for service for “garage extras”. What a joke for a luxury dealership and car company. More
