This was the worst experience I’ve ever had. 2.5 months with my car and virtually no progress in getting it fixed. I ended up towing my car to Acura Miami and writhin 2 days they are ordering a 2.5 months with my car and virtually no progress in getting it fixed. I ended up towing my car to Acura Miami and writhin 2 days they are ordering a parts and starting to work on my car. I’ve spent 2 months trying to contact the service advisor Dean and the GM over about 25 phone calls and still have never heard from the GM. My service advisor was only in half the week and nearly impossible to get a hold of half of the time. And then on top of that they tell me that I have to talk to the warranty company to solve the problem, while the warranty company is assuring me it has to go through them. This has been a completed joke and waste of time and money. And then they have the nerve to try to get me to trade in my car for virtually no money to buy something from them. I will never recommend anyone to go here. I’ve never been to a more unprofessional dealership. More
