I am not coming back to this dealership either for service or buying a new vehicle. I mentioned that to Mack Remy as well. It has been a very frustrating experience today, never had one in the past. After waiting for about 6 hours after dropping off my car, I had to call multiple times to check on what’s going on. I was told very rudely that your vehicle is not the only one to look at. This was around 2 pm. There is more frustrating part as well, but I don’t feel writing anymore. More
