I can’t say enough on how great my experience was with Rick Case Acura! Best experience I have ever had starting with our Salesman Mr. Terry Jarvis! He was a straight shooter, went over everything on the car, took his time to explain all details and he followed up several times after we purchased the car! Unbelievable the professionalism that he displayed! You are lucky to have such a professional such as Mr. Jarvis! It don’t stop there the sales manager Mat another straight shooter, direct no going back and forth, no lies just straight to it! Very professional as well, got us in and out of there no time wasted! The service I received at Rick Case Acura was exceptional. Everyone I spoke to was very helpful and treated me with the greatest level of concern for my repair needs and took as much time as nec exceptional. I would like to mention the exceptional level of care I received from Dean, Tommy and Fransisco. They were all fantastic. The cashier who I also briefly spoke to was equally a joy to deal with.
