The finance manager forgot to give me documents for a new car. He charged me $105 for lost title, I brought the title the next day, never received money back, called couple times with no result. new car. What an excellent service Center! I came upon this fabulous Acura dealership out of the blue after driving my mdx from dc with a broken sunroof. Franscisco saved the day and fixed it for me after having stopped at several other spots on 95. We loved customer service area is super nice and welcoming as well! I was so thankful! And loved that they took me last minute. Fixed what I needed and got a free car wash! Wow! More
