I sent an e-mail telling them what I wanted to buy at 8 PM and by 8:15 got an excited call telling me what purchase I have made in at least 25 years! Told they were there till 9 PM, but I live an hour away so visited as soon as they opened the door the next day. (Never a good Idea, look-wise). Was greeted by name by sales manager Mo Saleh who introduced me to my Sales Rep Stephen Epstein, who showed me the car, went for a test drive, and told me what they were asking, and what they would offer me on my trade- a 2015 Mercedes ML, I countered with an honest, realistic offer and the deal was done! Nice, clean, and painless. These days many stores are taking advantages of a car buyer. Not here! A fair deal for the times we are living in. Finance Mgr. Hassan Husein was brief, to the point, and great to deal with. Where you chose to buy your car IS important. I would say, give these guys a shot. I'm 72 years old, I've bought many cars.
