They use a call center for appointments and this is not conveyed to the on-site staff. If an appointment is not made the day before the on site staff gets a print out at 7:00 am. If you call the day of—the call center books an appointment time but it is not conveyed to the on site staff. Therefore, they have no record of appointment and wait times are long.
