Horrible customer service after purchase ! Bought a Acura pre owned certified MDX and although the buying process was fine since I’ve left the dealership it’s been horrible ! I have an issue with the MDX and called the service dept and they said I needed to talk to sales and transferred me and this is where is goes completely downhill. There was no one to speak to me and they took a message which I gave complete details and was told I would be called back and a week later and multiple calls I have yet to be called back and along with that I have sent 4 emails and none have been answered!! Along with this issue , when I was leaving the dealership the night I purchased the car I asked for some paperwork on the car and was told it would be emailed to me and also asked in each email since for this as well and still have gotten anything from them !! They don’t care once the car is sold ! I stoped by a local Acura dealership in Delray Beach and they were very helpful and also followed up after and I didn’t even buy from them and I think it speaks to the horrible customer service and follow up from Rick case Acura Acura is a great make but I would shop elsewhere!!! This will be my last Acura, and my last car from Rick Case car. I was misinformed about my tires, I was misinformed about the oil changes.
