Teri and Vanessa answered every question we had and even answered questions we didn’t think to ask. Hassan Hussain over in finance was very approachable and knowledgeable. He wears many hats…such as helping with finance to answer questions at the front desk to even helping out a difficult situation at the cashiers desk. I witnessed him calming down an irate customer…came up with a solution…and at the end made the customer laugh and smile when he left all while being completely professional. Mack Remy was also excellent as I brought my new vehicle in for the sentinel shield. He kept me updated on when my car would be ready, asked me if I needed a shuttle and offered snacks and drinks while I waited. All of these employees: Teri, Vanessa, Hassan, Mack and all of the other employees who answered my other questions about other vehicles …kudos to you. They should be rewarded! I was able to get a same day service appointment to replace a battery that was going bad. It was close to the time I needed an oil change as well.
