Mack and service team were great and fast. I informed Mack that I work overnight and I came straight from work he made sure he got me in and out in a timely manner. That is until it made it to carwash and sat which took an extra hour. It was a bit irritating to wash cars come after me and get washed and pulled up before mine. Mack did take notice without me having to inform him and personally drove my car up to me after the wash was completed. More

Our salesperson, Robert Gonzalez, was very helpful in telling us about the RDX we were interested in seeing and taking us for a test drive. After going home and looking at all the available packages and telling us about the RDX we were interested in seeing and taking us for a test drive. After going home and looking at all the available packages and colors, we came back to look at the 2 colors we thought we liked as both were on site. We looked at the list of RDXs that were coming in, and we ended up buying one. It then came in sooner than expected, which was great. I also got a good price for my trade-in. More
