I know it's a cliche, but the sales rep Hassan, was super friendly and down to Earth. He was personable, encouraged and even recommended that I look at a car from another dealership, and Rick Case engaged in friendly and down to Earth. None of this $1K to $3K mark up nonsense that other Acura dealers tried to pull once I got back from the test drive. There was no pressure to buy, and they were honest and up front. I truly cannot say enough good things about them. I would definitely make the 3.5 hour drive out there to buy from them again! More
