After calling and leaving messages for my regular Service Advisor, who never bothered to return my call, I finally reached him and set up an appointment to bring in my car. I explained I did not want to deal with anyone else. He said he understood. Imagine my surprise when I arrived and advised he was not in that day. This, by the way, was NOT the first time that happened. Long story short, your Service Advisor, Keith Heron, stepped in and turned my bad experience into a very pleasant one. He took care of everything without a hitch. He, and others on your staff, were so wonderful to me that day. I have now found a new Service Advisor and am very pleased. The only thing that prevented me from giving you a perfect rating was my initial experience with the other Service Advisor. Keith raised the bar for me. More
