The service department is excellent, Mack Remy always takes the best care of me. I love Terry Jarvis because he always answers his phone when I have a problem. Even on their days off. My car was in the shop for 3 days. $35 defective part and $660 for labor! Called for over 2 hours and got the run around before anyone could tell me that my car was ready to be picked $35 defective part and $660 for labor! My car was over the miles for warranty but a defective part should have been covered!! Very unhappy with Rick Case Acura. More
